Pharmacy Claims from pharmacies are uploaded and converted to CRAM 21 format. These are originally in HIPAA v5.1 Telecommunications format. These claims are either taken from the POS systems of each pharmacy or from data files sent by claims processor gateways such as NDC, ENVOY, etc. These are the reports that are related to HIPAA to CRAM 21 conversion process. These reports are viewable only by the system admin and drug chain users.
