The system operates via the internet utilizing the latest open-source technology. This system is tailored for PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager), TPA (Third Party Administrator), PPOs, HMOs and Private Insurance companies. Pharmaceutical Benefits expenses are controlled by "managed care" techniques using a variety of practical methods that maybe customized by the user.
